I contracted Jensen Appraisal Services to appraise my home prior to selling. My biggest gripe is that price Jensen came up with was exactly $45,000.00 below what I sold the house for. If I had used the number Jensen gave me it could have cost me $45k or more. Beyond that, it took over a week longer than promised to deliver the appraisal report. This delayed listing, costing us time and money. The only thing Jensen did quickly/well in my experience was to request and process payment.
