I have been going to this salon for years!! I always get my nails done by Jimmy and I personally enjoy a quiet relaxing service which is what I get. He always has great suggestions for my nails and I always have 3 week+ retention. He’s very kind and good at his job 😊

Walked in - staff asked if I had an appt and I said no but was just stopping in to see if they had time and they huffed and said no. Told me to come back in 2 hours. I understand needing an appt but customer service could have been a little more inviting to want to return. 3 stars because the salon did look nice but the staff seemed irritated and annoyed by me just walking in

Disorganized. Told me to wait, had other people get before me, and told me to wait more so they could get other people before me.

I love going to Jen's Nails! I've tried several, but I'm grateful that my friend gave me a gift card here, cause I've come here ever since! Friendly service! Clean and spacious environment! Great job on both mani/pedis and price is comparable. I bring all my friends here and they love it too!
