I have been going to Jen’s for well over 10 years and have never had any issues of any kind. I love their fast and efficient service and the fact that they always get me in at the day and time I’m hoping for which is almost always, last minute. In this time, I’ve never lost a nail and these photos below are excellent proof. Yes, they look terrible but this is 7 WEEKS after a fill. Usually, I’m able to make time for a fill around week 5. I received absolutely my worst pedicure ever from Jen’s in Tillamook. My appointment was at 1:30 for an acrylic pedicure and I was in my car by 2:15. By 5pm I was back in the salon because 2 nails had popped off, while reading. The redone was awful as well. The acrylic was unnecessarily thick and at an odd angle… Within 12 hours of my appointment 3 more toes had popped off. I’ve been in contact with the owner.
