Wow what a great staff. I was the second patient and first time at the office. Everyone in the office said "Good morning" very friendly staff. Very clean office. Didn't have to wait much time. Dr was so nice and very informative about my visit. I was so happy 😊 I went there, I really would recommend this Dr. The best manners and kind man. Love it.

Very professional,caring and polite Dr and staff! Went to see Dr Slade after having a bad experience with a Dr in SB who didn't mind to xray my fractured foot and gave an old used boot who was not appropriate for the type of fracture I had! Pus, he said I could drive! DR Slade took xrays and gave me a NEW and appropriate boot for my fractured foot! I Highly recommend Dr Slade and wouldn't go elsewhere !!
I was a walking one day with a very badly infected to and they saw me, spent the time to explain the treatment and they are always smiling. They make you feel very comfortable.
