I have been going to Jenny’s for a long time, Katya has been cutting my hair recently and does a fabulous job every time. The only complaint I have is that Nina, the girl who “checked me in” looked up and saw me walking in the doorway and didn’t acknowledge me for about 10 seconds after I was standing in front of her and she finished her text. I’ll start with - the stylist, Little Jenny, is absolutely amazing and deserve 1000 stars. However, my experience just now left me utterly mind-blown. I needed to cancel or reschedule my appointment this morning because my dog had been sick and in pain all night. When I called, the receptionist scoffed and rudely informed me that I needed to give 24 hours' notice, despite the fact that the situation was urgent and unforeseen!
