I’ll start with - the stylist, Little Jenny, is absolutely amazing and deserve 1000 stars. However, my experience just now left me utterly mind-blown. I needed to cancel or reschedule my appointment this morning because my dog had been sick and in pain all night. When I called, the receptionist scoffed and rudely informed me that I needed to give 24 hours' notice, despite the fact that the situation was urgent and unforeseen! Stephani was great! Not only was she attentive to details and cut my hair exactly as I asked, she also made me feel so comfortable and taught me so much about how to take care of my hair. Will definitely book again!
