Came here for a nail change on my toes and to fix a nail. The paint job is sloppy and the shape of the nails clumpy. Customer service is off putting.
If I could give them a zero I would give him a zero I'm not one to post for reviews but I thought I would give them a second chance I should have learned from my first chance got a manicure for me and my daughter and two pedicures both pedicures the nail polish came off a very next day they are so rude no respect no manners whatsoever shouldn't even be a place that's open should be shut down it's dirty no Air I don't even understand how people even continue coming to this place and then they overpriced and make up lies on th... read more
TERRIBLE SERVICE ! I came in for a polish change, he used a drill to take off the polish instead of foil and remover, and then painted over the left over old polish then complained to me as if it was my fault! Then the owner jenny claimed I was giving him a hard time in the nastiest of tones, even though I just said that I could still see the old polish, and if it could be fixed! Don’t waste your time they are very ignorant !
Don’t get your nails here. They do a rushed job, waste of money!
i came up here with a friend i asked one of the lady’s if she could just paint my nails with gel, she kept telling me it wasn’t gonna look right because my nails were short and kept insisting i get acrylic, after a while of her trying to convince me i said no , she got so upset told me to get out of the chair , i will never come back , as a nail salon you should be able to work with any kind of nails , to short to long . i felt discriminated
