Idk the lady’s name that did my nails but she had a horrible attitude ! And my nails came out like trash. The lady that did my nails only knew how to do feet. She did a horrible job at doing my nails. Their prices are really affordable and I see why. They are fat ! The shape is wide, crooked and discombobulated. Not worth the 38$ I wasted ! If I could give them zero stars I would. Oh and I did mention I didn’t like the shape and all she said was “she isn’t done” 0/10 go somewhere else

Absolutely horrendous. The nail tech I had seemed to have no interest in being there or even giving me decent service. She was VERY ungentle when it came to doing my toes after i repeatly asked her to be a little more gentle when she was around my cuticles. Now the acrylics… I have went to jennys 3 time prior to this time and loved it however this set looked TERRIBLE. I asked for mid length almond shaped aryclics with a coral colored french tip on them. I ask for straight long square nails , it was not done properly at all I end up getting coffin style that I did not ask for . I even showed a photo of how similar I wanted the result to look , also it Mother’s Day weekend I want to treat myself horrible work I pay $100 didn’t even get what I pay for also show Jenny the Owner how I was unhappy price should been job never again

They said they had experience with prescription nails, that was clearly not true. They destroyed my natural nails while removing my prescription nails. Kept insisting they were power dip nails, they were NOT. Very difficult to understand and do not think they understood what I was trying to communicate to them. Cut my finger several times, burned my fingers with the electric nail file. I will NEVER go back there. My experience was awful.
