Next time 3 people walk in wanting pedicures at 430 (not knowing you close at 5), don’t start one pedi and then halfway through, tell the other 2 people that you close at 5 and keep pointing at the clock (we were all 3 greeted and told to go sit in pedi chairs)…instead tell us when we walk in the door so we can all 3 leave and go get our pedis TOGETHER as planned. Anyway, the way they treat my grandma alone is worth 5 stars. She is in a wheelchair, and well, needs special assistance. Tom will usually get the door when he sees us pull up. They will almost always bump her up to the front as she can't be out for too long (she like 83- but she likes her hat and nails done) She has a tendency to have shaky hands due to her age, and her nail tech knows this, and takes his time getting her nails just right-it takes time.

I went in for a fill today. The acrylic job was lumpy, the nails were jagged, and the polish was streaky/inconsistent looking. I didn’t ask for any designs, or anything out of the norm; just a fill & polish. I’ve had my nails done here too many times to count. Based on my experiences here, it seems there’s only one person that consistently does a good job on fingernails. Anyone else who works here does an average or poor job on my fingernails. They did a great job. I got the Shellac with the french tip and it looks great. There were several ladies in there getting pedicures done and they were all pleased and satisfied with their service as well. Will definitely go back again.

Horrible atmosphere and very un-professional people working. The owner is very rude and she does not know how to treat customers. They speak their language and sometimes you wonder if they are talking about you. I give them no stars. It is worth your time and sanity to go to salem Zen nails or somewhere in Mt. Vernon. Even KC has a nail program and they are a lot cheaper. The owner Tina at Jenny's nails will also try to ask you if you want your nails cut down, and she will not tell you any price she will just charge you $10.... read more
