I went cause the reviews were good … HORRIBLE experience. She was very rude and not welcoming at all . As soon I stepped foot in the door she yelled from across the room that she didn’t have any hair products here only nail supplies . Which I’m not sure what gave her the impression I was looking for hair products,I never said anything . Except for the fact I’m a black woman with braids ….. Best customer service ever! Her products are great! If you’re a beginner or an educator I recommend her products! The monomer and acrylic powders are wonderful! I love Jenny and I must say I enjoy our conversations every time we go there

I am very impressed with Jenny’s customer service and responsiveness. I thought that one of the bottles was the wrong color and Traci Stewart could not have been more helpful in offering to replace it. Ends up the color was correct and Traci was very gracious about my error.
