I didn't like the way they rushed to half do my pedicure. They don't use a sugar scrub or anything...I can wash my own feet with soap and water.....for one! For two I shouldn't have to say or ask for lotion and oil after the fact....she was about to let me walk out after paying feet ashy as hell....but I said something... because I just paid you my money... I want the correct service.
Marie is absolutely the best. So sweet & took her time. I will definitely be going back!
Got my nails done Thursday and within a couple days one lifted badly. I called first before coming back and was told there would be no charge when I came Tuesday. When I got there, I was repeatedly told I must’ve hit something, when in reality the nail had lifted and I removed it before it snagged or ripped my real nail. After fixing it, I was then told it would be $5 anyway. The issue was not the money, it was the principle and miscommunication. Disappointed because this was my first time there.
Professional and inviting. The workers are always helpful, specifically Marie. Marie helped me when I had fungus on my nails from when I got them done from another salon. She told me advice for what I should do, and it was incredibly helpful and acknowledging. I recommend going to Jenny’s Nails.
I have NEVER experienced customer service this AMAZING! I say i’d recommend this to EVERYONE i know, and even strangers! I love coming here! I love the staff, I love the creative work. I just LOVE Jennys Nails ™️ PLEASE come to Jenny’s nails. I have never had a bad set or bad experience! So Amazing
