Only time I went I had a good haircut - too bad it wasn't the one that I'd asked for. I went in with a couple photos of what I wanted, and was told she could do it. But it would seem that she forgot what that cut was during one of her many phone conversations. Yes, there's the service of talking to the person on the phone. But there are also answering machines to take messages so you can concentrate on the job. I left with a cut that looked ok, but it wasn't what I wanted.
