I called for service, but they never showed up or called me back.
I had the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service by whomever answered the phone today. This company was contracted out by my home warranty company to go on a service call at my property. Being that I live out of state, my tenant set up the service call. She was hounded by the technician to pay the deductible before service, however, she wad not responsible for it, I was. They are always very reasonable and reliable. They are usually able to come out the same day to diagnose and repair any issues. They don't try to upsell or repair things that aren't broken.
