Dr Jenny is wonderful. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Our son has ADHD and has always been very understanding and helpful of his needs. If there's one thing to complain about this office is that she is almost always running late, so wait times can be long; however this also means she will spend time with you and be thorough. Take the good with the bad.
Waited an hour and 15 minutes before Dr Tan came in. No one told us she was running late until I looked for someone after an hour of waiting in the room. Was told it’s common to wait 1-2 hours to see the doctor. I have known Dr Tan for over 20 years but we haven’t seen her for 5 years. Her train of thought was all over the place; she had a hard time following through on a thought and would change subject mid sentence. Honestly I was concerned about her mental state. Jenny is great. The routine 60-90 minute waits are not great. The inability to navigate the Duly phone system to reach a person is also not great.
