I feel like I’ve been to 10,000,000 nail salons around Chino and Chino Hills, and somehow I ended up staying loyal to this one. The owner is genuinely kind and treats customers more like friends than clients. One time I walked in just asking for help removing leftover product from ONE nail because I couldn’t do it myself after trying multiple times at home. Worst experience ever. I've only gotten my nails done 3 times in my life. And the young Asian lady that helped me seemed to be all over the place. Which I should have known to walk out. I wanted a gel manicure but with dip powder and a design (i showed it to her in the beginning and throughout the process). She said "I dont know how to do that exact design but I can try."
