My friend and I went on a Sunday and both got acrylic fills and designs. My friend got a polish change on her toes and I got a pedicure with gel polish. The communication and attention to detail is why we will absolutely be back! Great customer service! We came at 3 with appointments and with the services we needed we kept the staff there after closing. At no point did I feel they were rushing to get us out the door which was great! Efficient, clean, and reliable.
I went in for a pedi and mani (gels, nail art, “fancy” nails). The pedi was so so (did not even last a week, when my own work lasts over a month). The mani had to be stopped. It looked like a 5 year old had done it. I wanted to leave. The owner (I presume) aggressively pushed me to let her “fix it”. I dod not feel comfortable with that based on the damage already done! She then forced me to pay for the manicure that I did NOT get, because the terrible technician had already done my cuticles. WTH?! I then had to go to another... read more
