My first time there and she yelled after I told her I did not like my nails I would never go back
I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and cut down because they grow long , she took all of my eyebrows off !!! She showed no remorse or anything .
My sister and I received eyebrow waxing services today, and the results were unacceptable. An excessive amount of hair was removed from both of our eyebrows, leaving them significantly thinner than requested. We trusted your technician to provide a professional service, and the outcome did not meet reasonable expectations. To make matters worse, tomorrow is a holiday, and we are now left feeling embarrassed and unhappy with our appearance because of the service we received. We are extremely dissatisfied with the results.
Steven did awesome pedicure massage my legs and feet also took hot stones and massaged my legs while my feet were in the warm parrfin after that he put hot towels on my legs and popped my toes talking about felt good ummm
