My grandson fell and broke a tooth on a Friday so we called this dentist to get him in. My daughter gave all of her information over the phone but for some reason they didn’t ask for the insurance information. They told her to bring the card in. Had to wait all the way until Monday to take the baby in, and when I got there we were turned away because she didn’t send the insurance info by email (which they did not tell her to do) and they were too short staffed to run the information through that day. I only wish there was a choice other then 1 star she would surely rate it! Never in my 32 years of owning and operating a small business, have I experienced the lack of customer service provided by this firm! There cavalier attitude shows , in my humble opinion she will run a good practice in the ground in a matter of months.Dr Whittgenwas a consumat profession who earned the title and respect of Dr. I won’t get into all the boring details of my 9 year olds experience, suffice it to say they caused more damage to their exist... read more
