Jenny is very hardcore - she provides tough love when it is needed - and in my case, it was definitely needed. She was strict that you stick with following her program, and if you can't she doesn't want to waste either of your time. But if you LISTEN and pay attention to her words and guidance- she is spot on. She help me recover from a severe situation in less than 4 months. She is a lifesaver. And BTW, we have a really sweet relationship now - bottom line - I highly recommend her.
Dr. Kosman is kind, effective and attentive. She is quick to respond and genuinely cares. Most importantly, she listens and encourages progress and personal growth.
Unfortunately meeting Dr. Kosman was the beginning of the complete deterioration of my mental health. Upon our first meeting she took me off my lexapro that I had been on for 15+ years. She prescribed probably 10+ different meds to me. I got worse each time I saw her. She sent me inpatient which further traumatized me. She also only referred me to the therapists in her office, who I did not click with at all & who I assume she makes money off of in referring them.
