Unfortunately meeting Dr. Kosman was the beginning of the complete deterioration of my mental health. Upon our first meeting she took me off my lexapro that I had been on for 15+ years. She prescribed probably 10+ different meds to me. I got worse each time I saw her. She sent me inpatient which further traumatized me. She also only referred me to the therapists in her office, who I did not click with at all & who I assume she makes money off of in referring them. Not so great, unwilling to help with ANYTHING when after a year we decided to start having other testing done by other doctors. Would not give a referral or the insurance info that I needed which was easy enough to find anyway. Thankfully the other more professional doctors offered the referral and anything else we needed…..when a doctor truly cares they do every thing they can to help!! Look elsewhere if you want a doctor with your best interest at heart.
