Dr. Jenny Jin is competent, knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough and trustworthy. I highly recommend Dr. Jenny Jin and her entire staff.
It was great
Beautiful office with great office staff. Dr. Jin was so kind and thorough in covering my questions and explaining what was going on with my knees. I'm thankful she is my doctor for any future needs I may have.
Honestly, I was really looking forward to speaking with Dr. Jin- But after waiting 40 minutes for her to come into the room, she was both dismissive and condescending. At one point under her breath with a little chuckle she even said “everyone suffers from lower back pain”. I think she’s probably a well trained physician, but her bedside manner lacks empathy to say the least. I would 100% not recommend her to people that I care about.
So far, I’ve had the best experience with Dr. Jenny Jin. I was sent to her for a second opinion, and she has answered more questions than I could’ve ever expected, and looked at every imaging from the beginning of all of my hip issues and surgeries. I am extremely grateful for her knowledge and experience and the time she’s willing to dedicate to help figure this out.
