It was a long wait, this the 4 stars, but I really like Jenni Jen,I know she will fix me up
It was a pleasure to meet Dr Jenny Jin, my visit with her was informative and very positive, Dr Jin has a lovely bedside manner, she is very compassionate and took the time to explain my injuries in detail and to discuss a plan of action that I was comfortable with , not at anytime during my visit did I feel rushed to have my appointment over with and she answered all my questions. I loved all the pictures both in the waiting room and the medical room. The nurse was super helpful. Dr Jin was a delight answering all our questions and explaining the procedure in depth.
Jenny is always very upbeat, I value her expertise. The staff is professional
Dr. Jin is very cordial and professional. She talks in laymans terms, answers all your questions and is a great listener. Dr. Jin has a great sense of humor and a smile that makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend her for your new knee.
