Poor poor communicator. Jenny failed to followup in scheduling 2 showings we requested. We were going to drive 6 hours to tour 2 properties. She misinformed us of the status on 1 home saying it was under negotiations. This was inaccurate, we contacted the listing agent because Jenny wasn't communicating & we were told that it was actively showing. Jenny never communicated back to us on the second home request.
