Scheduled new patient appt in feb 24 and was given cleaning appt in aug 24. Referred my brother amd they scheduled initial appt then called back weeks later that they didn’t have room to take him as a new patient. They contacted me a week before appt and said it was only for a dentist exam amd X-rays and I couldn’t get a cleaning till April 25. I had a wonderful experience going to see Dr. Grunberg for the first time. So glad that I decided to make the change and follow my hygienist to this office. I needed to have a filling repaired and Dr. Grunberg did a wonderful job. No pain during my procedure and the best recovery I have ever had from any procedure in the past. Excellent experience with Dr. Grunberg and team Actually I was very happy to find this place, very professional and key for me is to have a practice who does a good job on professional cleaning, since I had first signs of gum disease and I have a retainer which always builds up for a good "cleaning" job no matter how good I do my homework. Waited 3 months for new patient appt. I got there and had to wait 7 minutes for person in front of me then receptionist says I'm late and I'll have to wait another 3 months to be seen.
Extremely technical orientation and will accept nothing but perfection with her work. Still a very warm and friendly chairside manner.
I take my children there or should I say took, I am going elsewhere. Dr. Grunberg has little patience with crying children. She actually told my child twice to shut up, it doesn?t hurt (her works). She told my child to raise his hand if it hurt, then had her assistant hold his hands down, so he couldn?t raise them. I am not happy with this dentist or the cost for her services, which seem a bit high.
