Dr. Francis provided absolutely incredible care. From start to finish, she was approachable, kind, caring, and very thorough, and always kept our son's goals in mind throughout treatment (especially important for a student athlete). The same can be said of her entire office staff from the front desk to behind the scenes. When a time-sensitive request for medical records arose, her records manager, Nubia, was incredibly responsive and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
