Jenny is so kind and a good PCP. But it’s been increasingly difficult to not only get an appointment with her but keep it, and I don’t think I can put up with it anymore. I am dealing with health issues and she told me in May to call back for a follow up appointment in June. Jenny and her Staff have been such a blessing. I never have to wait long, and she always greets me with professionalism and genuine warmth. I had made an appointment to see if i can get a copy of my physical results and a test done for my new job. The receptionist told me about a bill I was unaware of due to it not being on my portal. The bill statement was posted on my portal the day of my visit and it was for a visit I had back in July of last year. I was telling him I was confused he was very rude to me telling me “you want stuff done, but you can’t pay for anything”.
