I had made an appointment to see if i can get a copy of my physical results and a test done for my new job. The receptionist told me about a bill I was unaware of due to it not being on my portal. The bill statement was posted on my portal the day of my visit and it was for a visit I had back in July of last year. I was telling him I was confused he was very rude to me telling me “you want stuff done, but you can’t pay for anything”.
