Hy and Carla were great during my check-in and check-out. Dr. Yang was so nice and took her time to explain the procedure. She also gave me all my options and I really liked that. I really liked that she took her time with me instead of rushing me in and out. I highly recommend Dr. Yang and her team! ♥️♥️
I have recent visited Dr. Yang. I'd like to share my good experience to show my appreciation. Dr. Yang is a very nice, professional and skillful doctor. She works with her patients to address their health concerns. She wants to make sure the patients and her on the same page and comfortable. She explains your health situation and answers your questions with details and patience. She also has a very good team working with her very well. I highly recommended her to these who have such a need.
I regret wasting my time feeling so nervous and anxious prior to my consultation. The Doctor and her staff were so easy to talk to. They made me feel very comfortable. I wish all the family physicians had the same environment.
First time seeing Dr. Yang. I m sure Dr yang was tired. After a long week, a Friday afternoon, I was the last patient. Dr yang still took the time to hear me patiently and explained everything in terms that I can understand. Most of all, I loved the front desk staff. They showed concern and helped so much and accommodated me. I have been to many doctors offices in san Jose and this is the first office that was friendly and helpful.
If google review has negative star, I would definitely pick the negative one! The worst customer service ever!!! If you go there, be very vigilant, they will never call you until the very last min to let you know they do not accept your insurance! My mother waited TWO freaky months for an appointment and they never contact us until the very last min and told us the doctor DECIDES she is no longer accepts my mother's insurance. If they have ANY sense of responsibility and a little medicine ethics , they at least should let us... read more
