The staff at the Kitchener location are awesome! They help me lose over 20lbs. They were professional, courteous, and had my back throughout my weight loss. I highly recommend this diet and the staff at this location!
This program works for busy ppl that don't have time to make their own food. The food is fairly high end and doesn't leaving you feeling deprived. It also teaches you about portion control. So it's more about portion control than not being able to indulge in...say choc. cheesecake or hamburgers. It works and the weight you loose is actual fat not water or muscle mass. I did this program in 2004 and the weight stayed off for over 10 years before I needed a refresher.
The staff is very helpful and supportive. I think Jenny Craig is a more realistic approach to teaching you how to eat once you lose your weight. They’ve had better programs that were more affordable in the past but, still like this one for teaching how to eat a balanced meal. I lost 60 pounds and it’s also good if you’re the only one in your house losing weight. The meals are all done and quick.
