If you don't mind over processed tiny portions and spending $$$, you may like JC I went here after I had my second son to lose 15 pounds. It's expensive! They give you prepackaged food to eat in portions that are tiny. You get to see a "counselor" each week who is just a young girl usually with minimal training.
