I lost 78 pounds with Jenny Craig and have kept it off for 10 years! I’ve gone back to the program when my weight starts to creep up by 15 pounds but most of the years I’ve not needed to because the counselors helped me manage my food portions and increase my steps. I wear a FitBit which helps a lot. Their food is delicious and the weight will fall off by just following the plans. I was a customer of Jenny Craig for several years until my most recent experience, which was so ludicrous I thought I should let others know. Were my experiences from prior years excellent? Far from it. But this comedy of errors—and their reaction, or lack thereof—pushed it over the edge for me. I made an appointment to lose a few pounds for my upcoming trip.
