Went three to four years ago and had successful weight loss with fantastic counselors! Few years later put 10 pounds on so went back to Jenny Craig at Andora for two visits before asking for refund. Counselor was horrible; rude and arrogant. Locked door for her safety then at appointment time she was not near door or available to unlock door. I never received refund as requested. You could try other centers to see if different counselors work for you.
