This review is based solely on the extremely poor customer service experienced. 1. The elderly Asian male employees (I’m assuming they’re the owners) hover around the patrons—literally following you down every single aisle. It’s not that serious. There are 3-4 cameras on every aisle. 2. My toddler accidentally knocked a small bottle off of a shelf that was ALREADY OPENED and it spilled. Hello I'am so upset this was my first time shopping at jenny Beauty supply. When my friend and I walked through the store we began looking for the products we needed. The man at register continuously leaned over from the register to stare at us and watch us. Once we came to the register my friend, who had more to purchase than I did, placed her items on the counter and tried to pay with cash and the same man behind the register asked her is she was paying with cash when she clearly had the cash in her hand then asked if he could complete my purchase first. Just had one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in a while. The cashier laughed, mocked and made rude comments about the makeup brush I was buying. I immediately had her take it off my purchase because I am not going to keep buying something while being laughed at? I called the store afterward to let management know, and that was almost worse. I had to explain the situation multiple times, and they never even asked which cashier it was. So clearly no one actually planned on addressing it. I will not be back.

I had a fantastic experience at Jenny’s .Ligermanique was incredibly helpful and respectful, providing the best service I've ever received at a beauty supply store.
