I love this bakery! I stop by at least once a week to purchase something :-)
Thank you Jenn's for doing a great job on our wedding cake and my groom's cake for our rehearsal dinner. The flavors were delicious and everyone enjoyed it.

I had stop going to Jenn's several year ago due to extremely dry cake and rude service, with reading about the new ownership I decided to give them another try. I must say that the cake is extremely moist. The customer service is improving too. I would love to see them offer unique combinations of cupcakes like Splats use to. If you haven't been in years, I strongly recommend giving the another try. Cupcakes are now made fresh daily.
I used to love this place but customer service and cakes are looking rough I usually order all my birthday cakes here not anymore my last cake I ordered had to be taken back and fixed the girl that boxed it and wrapped it up had the lid pressed on top of the icing flowers and the writing on the cake looked horrid and not to mention I waited over ten mins to just pick up a cake I had already paid for. They did fix the cake but I’m still extremely disappointed in Jenns
My friend and I ordered two separate items that we needed for birthday parties. My husband’s party was first and all I wanted was a cookie cake that said, “Happy Birthday!” I called them a few days before his party to make sure everything was right and I’m glad I did. His cookie cake looked sloppy, like it was rushed to be decorated even though they told me the time to come get it. It’s near impossible to get service, when you do it’s poor service. One time I was in there for 5 minutes and nobody ever came out front so I just left went back a few weeks later and waited for about 5 min and finally a girl came out from the back. I ordered a large cookie and two cupcakes, she bent the cookie in half to fit it in the same box as the cupcakes.
