Ashley did an amazing job with my dog who is a neurotic mess lol! She called me mid through to let me know how things were going! GREAT customer service! She was straight forward and honest with what should be done with her service, and gave some advice to help my dog with hot spots! Definitely will be coming back next month!
You can just tell that Jenn loves dogs and cares about making them comfortable. My little Yorkiepoo usually hates the groomer but happily went in and looked great coming out!
Jenn and Ashley are fantastic with my English Setter Gracie. Jenn follows the AKC standards for each breed when grooming. She lets me know through her "Paw Reports" what I can do to make Gracie more comfortable next time (for instance, she was very sensitive having her paws worked on so Jenn suggested I just play with her paws to get her used to the touch and hold) and it worked!
I love how they really communicate with you about what they recommend. They are so caring and knowledgeable! Thank you for taking care of Apollo!

Ashely did an awesome with Zoie. She looked so beautiful when we picked her up just a little while ago. I can’t wait to take Zoie back and see what Ashley does next.
