We ordered bridesmaid dresses from Jenni's Bridal. They measured the girls and recommended sizes for the girls. When the dresses came in they were all WAY too big. The dresses were so big they literally fell off of my bridesmaids. I called to ask why the dresses were so big and asked what they could do to fix it, and the answer was basically they couldn't do anything except alter the dresses for a fee of course. Yes, I understand they can be altered, but the dresses were between 4-8 sizes too large. Disappointing . . .

It is with great displeasure that my family will NOT recommended Jenni’s Bridal for Tux rental. More than 70% of the tuxedos had to have pieces reordered or altered, causing people to come to Jenni’s bridal multiple times. No accommodations were made for all their mistakes just more pressure on the wedding party at a time when this is not needed. One would have to ask “why did everyone come in to get measured to have such a failure rate?” Paying $150.00 per tuxedo no matter if it was a child or adult, you would expect better... read more

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service we received from the staff at Jenni's Bridal. When you are paying over $200 for a bridesmaid dress you expect it at least be close to your size. The measurements that they took and the size recommended was way off, so much that my dress fell to the ground when I tried it on. My experience at Jenni's Bridal was amazing! I was very happy with the quality of service I received. Although their selection is a bit smaller than other shops we visited, their customer service can't be beat. Being from the cities it would have been much easier to buy a dress in town, but the drive is well worth it. Jennifer, my appointment associate, was awesome. Their staff are all so friendly and helpful! Their dresses are beautiful and they have everything a bride needs! Aswell as their prom section! They are truely a life changing store and they made my life amazing from highschool prom to my big day wedding gown! Jennis's is truely a blessing ! Thanks Jenni & Staff! (:
