If I could give them more stars I would! I've had a nightmare experience the past two days trying to get a flat tire patched. No one would help or be up front with me about it. I came to Castle VW earlier to have them correct a problem I had from the original dealer. Not only did they help me with that, but they got me in immediately when I returned later in the day. Недавно купил Jetta, сделку оформлял Егор. Спасибо огромное этому сотруднику за помощь в выборе машины, оформлении документов и консультациях, связанных с настройками управления автомобилем. Собственнику хочу пожелать многократного роста развития. Все сотрудники в автосалоне доброжелательны, в здании ощущается дружеская атмосфера, где с радостью готовы тебе помочь. I wish I can give 0 stars. Avoid service dept at all cost. I brought in a car with check enging light due to intake. The proceeded by doing diagnostic $175 and the cant duplicate a problem. They came up with new problem thats not cover by warrenty and wanted $1545.00 to fix the problem. Never again. And you should be ashemed of yourself.
