Worst customer service ever the lady was nice at frist but 2days after i bought it stop working and i called because i i was told i had a warranty then i was yelled at told i don't know anything about lawn mowers and hung up on. Wish i could give them a zero but i cant.
I've had my mower maintenance done annually for six consecutive years by Jennings Lawnmower Repair and Services. Their work and customer service is excellent. Yes, they require a deposit and cash payment. But mower service is one of the types of services that is often abused by customers. Customer service is bad. Deposit means get back or credit towards bik. Not keep it and charge for repairs as well. 45 bucks to change gas line and return wire and then tell me we didnt start it up so we dnt knw if it runs. Too steep.
