Slums. Daughters apartment walked into by homeless drug addicts, stole her meds, someone tried prying into trunk of her car, stoned unconscious woman on steps next door, possible drug dealers, TERRIBLE service when attempting to talk to Aaron the manager. Old locks of property fence are gone, no cameras or supervision on property/lot. Self respect or care for students trying to make it? Nope.
I have just dealt with Jennings Group in my look and rental of my new apartment. In dealing with them multiple times on the phone, they were all great listeners and they had answers. So many business cliches apply. Exceed expectations, under promise, overproduce, etc. They easily checked all those boxes. I look forward to living under their management. Well done to all of them
BEWARE, you will not only lose your deductible when renting from Jennings, when you move out you will receive a bill for stuff wrong with the rental that you did not do. This company practices scamming the renters. I thankfully now own my own home but wanted to warn others. Moving in- the place was dirty, all the light fixtures had bugs in them, there was a rodent infestation in the garage, large rat poop everywhere. having an open email address without a bunch of pages to have to see for one. being able to answer open and direct questions so no one is wasting their money on application fees for two. and just being honest and direct and not stringing anyone along for days at a time. just be honest. And you should be like Emerald Property Management and NOT charge an application fee unless you are accepted.
