It was very easy to buy my tractor there. Financing is all in house through Kubota. They provided delivery.
Oil filters are overpriced but they have em in stock.
Brand specific. No help from the parts department if you don't own the brand they sell. Many components are interchangeable. But you better have a model of the machine they sell.
I bought 2 lawnmowers and a lot of different equipment and the customer service has always been excellent.
Overpriced and slow service in parts department.
