Jennings decided they wanted to power wash the tenants’ porches and expected everyone to clear off everything or risk “damages and disruption.” Where do you expect us to put everything? Worst landlords I've experienced in Eugene. They took over the property I live at so I am forced to be under their management. The maintenance crew is incompetent and rude. Three separate times maintenance showed up to paint a patch of wall and did not bring paint with them. BE SO FOREAL! They do not care about tenants' property and have destroyed my garden bed multiple times. Do not rent from them. Save yourself the headache.
UPDATE: I JUST SPOKE WITH JACQUELINE WHO SAYS SHE IS THE PROPERTY MANAGER. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! DID NOT APOLOGIZE ONCE AND IS PUTTING MORE WORK ON ME TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY OWE ME DESPITE ME HAVING EVIDENCE THAT THEY USED 30 GALLONS AT THAT TIME ON THAT DAY. Buckle up people! So I get a text that they're going to power wash the parking lot and we need to have our cars not in the parking lot. It's not 24-hour notice, but who cares right? The big problem is that I pay my own water bill. So lucky for me. I'm at home when they start power washing hooked up to my water spigot that I pay for. I immediately tell them they cannot do this and they tell me I'm going to call the management to see if I'm allowed to use your water. Sir.
