Gina is terrible.
Would give zero stars if I could. Moved into a brand new renovated unit that had a large amount of black mold. Also tried to rent another house that has visible rat/mouse holes in the garage and stunk like cigarettes. They are arguing with me about it and only returning my deposit, not the rent I paid. I screwed myself in this situation by not bringing in my own inspector. Just beware, stick to other better companies. Totally recommend Northwoods PM over these guys any day as a property owner myself as well..
We recently moved down from Portland, and in our search for a place to stay for the next year while we find the right neighborhood to purchase in, we ran across McCornack Place: we had such a great experience with Morgan, she was instrumental in why we decided to pick this place above others. She was kind, professional, answered all of our questions and most importantly, made us feel welcome. Thank you Morgan for everything, we are very happy !
Do not rent Apartment 26 at 738 East 16th Ave. After asking my neighbor to stop smoking outside my door (no smoking is in the lease), he began loudly playing music until 2 AM and waited outside my door to make rude comments and stare. Despite having video evidence, Kelly didn't take any action. They don't care about their tenants. They only care about getting paid. The woman before me only stayed a few months, I’m pretty sure it was the same problem. Avoid this place if you value your peace.
If I would give 0 stars I would I have been sick since the moment I moved in my room is infested with mold the maintenance guy came and sprayed bleach on it a few months ago but that didn't do anything It's inside the walls it's now showing on the window seal again because bleach does not kill mold it makes the mold grow worse these people know that this place has mold and they don't care about there tenants on top of this issue my windows are unsealed and I have ants coming through my window infested in my room.
