If I would give 0 stars I would I have been sick since the moment I moved in my room is infested with mold the maintenance guy came and sprayed bleach on it a few months ago but that didn't do anything It's inside the walls it's now showing on the window seal again because bleach does not kill mold it makes the mold grow worse these people know that this place has mold and they don't care about there tenants on top of this issue my windows are unsealed and I have ants coming through my window infested in my room. I’m telling you right now, be aware if you rent from Jennings. They do not care about their tenants and their ONLY motive is to line their pockets. It does not matter how excellent of a tenant you are. It does not matter how thoroughly you clean your apartment when you leave, they will keep the majority of your deposit. You WILL fight tooth and nail to get anything back. They are incredibly dishonest and again, their only interest is themselves, it is not the community in which they conduct business. They are sweet with amazing customer service employees seem happy to assist and support with communication they have shown appreciation and given options ! that is above and beyond what experienced lately! Disgusting landlords- they will try to steal your deposit by any means necessary- very unprofessional. If you decide to rent from these slumlords, set aside money for lawyer.
