Buckle up people! So I get a text that they're going to power wash the parking lot and we need to have our cars not in the parking lot. It's not 24-hour notice, but who cares right? After about a year I opened my back door for the first time and found this is what Jennings Group Inc. left for me:
Jennings Group are slumlords. We have a security gate that homeless people have broken so they can easily access our trash. They go in and dump the bins all over the ground to pick out the cans they want then leave the rest on the ground. Jennings has been made aware of our broken security gate many, many times and they refuse to fix it. Meanwhile they increase the rent. They also have apartments that are very different and they charge the same amount. I pay the same amount as the people who have a bigger apartment than me, ... read more
