Move In went pretty smooth. Staff were friendly and they did a good job cleaning it.
This has been the worst rental company I have ever worked with in Eugene, and I'm saying this as a renter in the area for close to 15 years. They mixed our our applications with someone else and ran our background checks incorrectly. When this was pointed out to them, they denied it and then told us we were approved with conditions/extra deposit. I applied to Jennings, their application required 1 year rental history. I received 2 emails the same day from a company I had never heard of requesting information on 2 houses that span 15 years of rental history. I initially didn't see the emails, but when I did, I thought it was a scam and my information had been stolen. I figured if Jennings had any issues they would call me.
