Very shitty dealership. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all. Drove few states away and the truck was completely messed up with issues upon issues and he tried act like he didn’t know about it. Then proceeded to make an “offer” to fix it and drive it down then sold it from under us. Tons of miles put on my car for no reason. Slimy buisness, they’ll waste your time or screw you over.
Wasted 6 hours of my life coming in to see a car i was so excited have and all of a sudden i come in and Ace starts going on about a warranty. I never said i was interested in purchasing a warranty and then they tell me i cant take it off. Thats $3500 extra that i did not come prepared to spend. I let them know ahead of time i live far away and even put a down payment that they took immediately from my bank and they cant give it back for a whole week. kaiser did an amazing job helping us on the transition of trade in.
