I went to Jennifer's Auto Bargain Barn, there lower priced car lot down the road, and told the salesman that I had $1200 cash and wanted a 4 cylinder car, he talked me into a 6 cylinder 1995 Chevy Lumina with 165,000 miles that he said was $1600 that he could probably get me for $1200 cash. I test drove it and it drove good, so I went inside signed and offer sheet, then he comes back 15 mins latter and says that the car was marked wrong and they can't sell it for less then $1800 cash, but he could sell me a Buick for $1500 c... read more

Best Used Car Dealer Anywhere – I recently bought a car from Jennifer's and had a great experience. I knew what I wanted and shopped at a few places but felt I got the best deal at Jennifer's. They got me a great interest rate with a local credit union and I added a warranty and still got the payment i wanted. Everything I told them I needed they made happen for me. It was a very positive experience.

I recently purchased an automobile from Jennifer's. I went back to them because my first experience was very positive. Bought a terrific auto. This time the car they sold me is a true lemon. I asked multiple times if the auto was mechanically sound. They assured me that it was. I drove it for less that 24 hours before the engine started mis-firing and the service engine soon light came on. I called Jennifer's and was told to bring it in to the shop. I took it to the shop. Jennifer's is such an up beat place - high energy, big smiles, outstanding service and really nice people! It was a such a pleasant experience! Great Dealership - Honest and Good $ – Will be honest, generally car dealerships is not my ideal place. I was upside down in a loan due to a bad deal with a DIFFERENT car dealer previously and was a little burnt. Jennifer's Auto Sales - Derek - Helped me get what I needed and took care me both in car service and a customer service. Much appreciated. I will only go to them next time.

Spokane's Best Car Dealer – Jennifer's Auto Sales in the Spokane Valley was the best car buying experience I've had. Just a few weeks ago I totalled my car and when I found they had what I wanted online I contacted them and told them my situation. They actaully allowed me to show up in my rental car, sold me my car and made the arrangements for my rental car return. So on a scale of 1-10 for overall service I give them a 10. I highly recommend Jennifer's to Spokane car buyers.

I don't normally write these things but my recent car shopping experience was becoming a nightmare until my son and I went to Jennifer's. Our salesman Paul Johnson was very nice and straight forward.
