Quite possibly the worst event planner I've ever seen. I've personally been involved with large-scale events for over 25 years, as a producer and participant. What I experienced at the Sun Coast Arts Festival was truly unbelievable. She made numerous promises, few of which she kept. The many empty booth spaces and sparse crowds spoke volumes as did the number of artists who packed up and left early. I know nothing about her party planning skills, but one should certainly be wary of asking her to produce any kind of festival.

The Suncoast Arts Fest has worked with Jennifer Douglas for the last 5 years and her event planning skills are superb! As the Event Administrator, Jennifer handles all aspects of this premiere outdoor fine arts event held each January at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel. I recently worked with Jennifer to plan an event where I had a low budget but wanted big impact. It was amazing to see how quickly she understood my idea and came up with concrete ways to add flair while minimizing cost. She is very creative, an excellent listener, and just plain fun to be around! It took less than an hour of brainstorming for us to come up with lots of ideas for me to have an outstanding event. The event was very well received by the attendees and I chalk that up to Jennifer's input. I highly recommend!
