Jennifer operates on bad faith and works with an escrow company out of LA which doesn't make any sense at all. I looked at this home and made an offer before she held an open house, with her word and promise that the holes will be patched, painted, and the house cleaned. During the first walkthrough, she told us it was done. Gave her another week, did a final walkthrough, took the pictures you see, sent it to her and her claim was the sellers said it was done, so that's that.
