Jennifer Woody was excellent. Knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, efficient. The whole team from check in to J. Woody to Ebony the rad technician John who put on the temp cast to Jerome who was my 1st contact were amazing! Thank you!
We have been there several times and everyone there was very pleasant. I think our longest wait time was about 2 minutes, even without an appointment. Jennifer Woody was patient and efficient, listened and answered any questions. She obviously cares about her patients.
Went here with a broken ankle and leg. They did not take a xray. they used the 5 day old xray from the ER. I asked for something for pain she only gave me a fore day supply and put a cast on that was to tight and I had to go back to the ER 3 days later to get it cut off because it was cutting my circulation off. Now its 2 weeks later and I'm still in pain. They were so high dollar I could not go back. And the splint I did have on, the nurse dropped it on my foot and hurt me. Do not go here!!
