Living in Montana and planing to buy a house in Albuquerque seemed a daunting undertaking. Jennifer made it as easy as I can imagine it could be. We were immediately impressed with her professionalism and friendliness. Working with her both in person and via email, she helped us find just the right house for us. We were particularly impressed with her help at the end of the negotiations when we were still in Montana. We'd give her 6 star rating if we could.
Jennifer Wilson put in a lot of work and did an excellent job to sell our home in Albuquerque. When the buyer's inspection revealed a few unknown issues in our beautiful eighty year old home, Jennifer recommended several contractors who completed the repairs in a professional manner and at a very reasonable cost. Her recommendations for the negations with the buyers were well reasoned and worked as we had hoped to close the deal. I give Jennifer an excellent review as a professional, competent, and effective realtor.
