Scam company, buys home loans and then doesn't allow people to make payments so they can try to steal the house. I can't even get an actual person to get a mortgage statement to try and transfer the loan elsewhere. Website "can't find my loan", I drove two hours to one of their offices to make a payment and found an empty office and other neighboring offices said they've never seen anybody enter those offices.
Jennifer was a tremendous support with a vast amount of knowledge and experience. Even when issues arose, of no fault of Jennifer, she and her team worked to assist in finding a resolution. Even after closing Jennifer continues to respond promptly to any questions or concerns. Thank you!
