She is amazing. She never fails to provide the best care. She listened to all of your concerns, answers all of your questions, and makes sure to cover everything with the patient. Love her.
I have seen Jennifer four or five times and I cannot speak highly enough of her as a provider. She is warm and personable, yet very professional. She explains everything to you —including what insurance will and will not allow so you’re never blindsided by a large bill. She also takes her time and really helps you to feel heard. Would rate her higher if possible!
Had an absolute terrible experience with her. Dismissed all my concerns and refused to order labs for my concers. Made a comment implying I couldn't afford to pay my labs out of pocket stated "she will not be ordering those labs because my insurance doesn't cover them and than patients don't pay them and that's why healthcare is the way it is".
