I just purchased a home with Jennifer Valencia as my agent. She was wonderful! She was responsive and knowledgable, always answering my questions, providing vital information about the property, and addressing any of my concerns. She was a great advocate for me. She found excellent inspectors and followed through, getting all repairs done that were needed. I would definitely recommend her as an agent. I am truly thankful that we were able to work together.
I'm very happy Jenn was able to represent us throughout our journey to buy a home. Communication was incredibly prompt whenever we had a question or wanted help with a viewing. She made sure to schedule things that same week, was always present through everything related to the home closing process, and even helped to schedule contractors. Honestly, I had no idea purchasing a home could be so easy - I think we owe that to Jenn. Very easy decision if we ever want to buy or sell a home again.
