My first visit was first of Feb. At that time x rays were taken,and she explained my problems. It's May 1st and I am still waiting on a pair of shoes that fit. I have only seen her one time. I am so angry, and still can barely walk. I will be seeing a real Dr.once I get these shoes from her. I am assuming she's still in this in this office. Good luck future patients.
I didn’t have to wait long and Dr Trinidad was a pleasure to talk to. She listened and explained why something’s where happening. She reviewed test with me side by side. Completely great doctor based on first visit. Her receptionist was awesome, very sweet and helpful. One nurse irritated me with comments of “I’m in pain all the time but I’m here and it is what it is” well, you obviously aren’t in that much pain bouncing around like you do and it’s very rude to say something like that to a patient that can barely walk due to... read more
Dr. Trinidad is the absolute best. She went well above and beyond with my child to make sure we were comfortable and well-cared for thoughout the treatment process. Also, her staff at Hilliard Family Podiatry is great - they took excellent care of us all around. I honestly wouldn't want to see another podiatrist after our experience with Dr. Trinidad - well worth the 25 minute drive from our house. Highly recommend.
I am a current patient of Dr. Trinidad's. She's great! She's very thorough, spends plenty of time with you. She's so sweet and kind. She does a great job, too!
