Probably one of the worst healthcare experiences I have had since I was on active duty. My first interaction here was not bad and everyone seemed pleasant. I was disappointed that I was only giving about 25 minutes for my first appointment and she was unwilling to discuss all the health care concerns that I wanted to explain to her. The worst experience of my life. They don't answer the phones, I called 5 times to confirm my appointment with no answer. Finally received a call back to confirm my rescheduled appointment and verified insurance with Jennifer herself, I show up the day of my appointment for her to tell me they don't accept my insurance and that my appointment was canceled with no notice. I do not recommend!!!
Jennifer is so good at what she does! She is very available and communicative. Very happy!
