I am deeply concerned about the unprofessional conduct of the Nurse Practitioner (Jennifer T. Decker, NP) at this practice. My wife, a postpartum patient, was compelled to seek care here due to scheduling constraints at her usual provider. Unfortunately, the NP displayed a lack of empathy and compassion, speaking in a condescending manner, asking inappropriate and derogatory questions, and making insensitive remarks regarding future pregnancies. Made me very uncomfortable. Did not get to know me at all just talked about herself and spoke over me way too many times. Was not concerned about my experience as a first time mom or anything.
She is incredibly arrogant and thinks she is all knowing, and the way she spoke was very belittling.
I went in December and met with her for the first time. She is so scatter brained and does not have anything organized. She probably has too many patients or is over worked. She does lack empathy.
